Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY DEPOSITS: A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This deposit will be applied directly toward your final package price upon completion of the service. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will result in forfeiture of your $50 deposit. WEATHER POLICY: Mobile detailing requires workable conditions. In the event of heavy rain or severe local weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to the next available clear date at no additional cost to you. ACCESSIBILITY: Please ensure your vehicle is unlocked, cleared of personal valuables, and accessible at the designated detailing location at your scheduled time.
